Mario Gyurov was born in 1991 in Sofia into a family of a father architect and mother civil engineer. He attended a school for fine and applied arts during his first seven years of school education. Аfter earning a German high school diploma in the next five years, he moved to Munich to pursue a degree in architecture.
In 2016, Mario Gyurov completed his academic education in architecture at the Technical University of Munich. Through his studies on various projects in urban planning, residential, public, and industrial buildings, he discovered a strong interest in the technical aspects of the architecture design.
In 2017, he joined Nuyken von Oefele Architects, where he deepened his expertise in the technical phase of projects, with a particular focus on execution in detail. The dedicated attention to detail has earned the firm few architectural awards.
In 2024, Mario left Nuyken von Oefele Architects to establish his own architectural studio in Sofia, marking his return to his hometown, while continue working with his former employer.
