The new WERK 13 building in Munich’s Werksviertel-Mitte district enhances an existing 7,500-square-metre ensemble, the transformed WERK 7 and the renovated Technikum, with a multifunctional crane hall. The new connection element provides  an extensive sharing of facilities and deploys new functions on both ground and upper levels. Upstairs, spacious loft offices promote collaboration and innovation, contributing to the creative character of the district.
